Vanke Chengdu Golden Home is situated at Fuxing Road and Number One Ring Road in the northeast of Chengdu city. The project included both commercial and residential development and was composed of four types of buildings that embrace the street while encircling two highly detailed inner courtyards. The streetscape along Number One Ring Road has a broad setback and incorporates small park spaces, generous seating, contemporary paving and lighting and accommodates a variety of retailers along its entire frontage.

The inner courtyards are distinct, with one courtyard housing a large swimming pool, other interconnected water play areas and associated outdoor lounging features. The other courtyard is greener, quieter and intended for socializing and relaxing in a garden environment.
